Voice Support involves calling our client’s customers on Phone (Call Monitoring) either inbound or outbound related to Product queries and complaints and your working schedule may strictly depend upon the country’s timing in which you are working.

Whereas non-voice support involves working with computer & internet like Email handling, chat support, Help desk and so on.

Voice process is the one where customer support kind of operations is required with human voice. Voice process can be for both inbound or outbound calls.
